Job Description:

As an Olympiad Mastery Mentor, your primary role is to guide and prepare students for excellence in various Olympiad exams. This includes creating a structured curriculum, conducting targeted lessons, and providing comprehensive guidance for specific subject areas. You play a crucial role in nurturing problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and subject mastery. Your mentorship extends beyond exam preparation to instil a love for learning and intellectual curiosity.

We focus on coaching for International Science Olympiad (ISO); International Maths Olympiad (IMO); English International Olympiad (EIO); General Knowledge International Olympiad (GKIO)

Skills Required:

1. Subject Expertise: Profound knowledge and expertise in the subjects relevant to the Olympiad exams you are mentoring.
2. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to guide students in solving complex problems and applying theoretical knowledge.
3. Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to convey complex concepts and strategies.
4. Curriculum Design: Skill in designing a comprehensive curriculum aligned with Olympiad exam requirements.
5. Assessment and Feedback: Capability to assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
6. Online Teaching Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching platforms, virtual tools, and digital resources.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: A master's or higher degree in the relevant subject or a closely related field.
2. Olympiad Achievements: Strong background or achievements in Olympiad exams within the relevant subjects.
3. Teaching Experience: Prior experience in mentoring students for Olympiad exams is highly desirable.
4. Teaching Certification: Certification in teaching, particularly in the subject area, is advantageous.

Online Teaching Experience: Familiarity with online teaching methodologies and platforms.
