Language Facilitator (German, French, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam)

Job Description:

As an Online Language Facilitator, specializing in German, French, Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam, your primary responsibility is to guide learners in acquiring proficiency in the respective languages through online instruction. The role involves designing engaging lessons, conducting interactive sessions, and assessing students' language skills. You play a key role in creating a supportive online learning environment and fostering a deeper understanding of language and culture.

 

Skills Required:

  1. Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in the target language (German, French, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam).
  2. Online Teaching Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching platforms, virtual classrooms, and digital tools.
  3. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the target language and English.
  4. Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of cultural nuances associated with the target language, facilitating cultural integration in language instruction.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching strategies to the varying proficiency levels of learners.
  6. Lesson Planning: Skill in creating structured and engaging lesson plans aligned with language proficiency goals.
  7. Assessment and Feedback: Ability to assess students' language skills, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
  8. Interpersonal Skills: Establish rapport with learners, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or higher degree in the target language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  2. Teaching Certification: Certification in language teaching.
  3. Language Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching the respective language
  4. Online Teaching Experience: Familiarity with online language teaching methodologies and tools.
  5. Native Speaker or Advanced Proficiency: For non-native speakers, certificate is required as proof of advanced proficiency and extensive immersion in the target language
